Delivery & Returns

Returns will only be accepted on faulty items. All returns will be organized by emailing us at bambiandflower@outlook.com 

the purchaser will be responsible for paying for postage of the returned item. If the item is faulty the item will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.  

We can send your candles, Diffusers and room sprays anywhere nation wide. the delivery fee will be £4 flat rate and this includes the packaging and shipping of your order 

We now offer world wide delivery on all of our products. For international deliveries we charge a flat rate of £10  for Europe and £15 for the rest of theworld
