Returns will only be accepted on faulty items. All returns will be organised by emailing us at bambiandflower@outlook.com 

The purchaser is responsible for re-packing the item to return and should contact us for a return postage label. If the item is faulty the item will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.  

We can send your candles, diffusers and room sprays anywhere nation wide. The delivery fee will be £5 flat rate and this includes the packing and shipping of your order. 

We now offer world wide delivery on all of our products. For international deliveries we charge a flat rate of £10  for Europe and £15 for the rest of the world. Note that international customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
